Consultation and clinical supervision

In addition to my psychotherapy practice, I offer consultation and clinical supervision to therapists and allied professionals.

I have supported clinicians at various stages of their development, from those early in training to more experienced practitioners looking to deepen their work.

My approach to supervision is grounded in the same principles that guide my clinical practice: attention to process, emotional experience, and the relational field. Alongside case consultation, we focus on how you are experiencing your work—supporting the development of a practice that is both thoughtful and sustainable over time.

Consultation and training

I offer consultation and training to organizations and interdisciplinary teams, including mental health clinicians, medical providers, attorneys, and research staff.

These offerings are tailored to the specific needs of each setting and have included work in areas such as:

  • trauma-informed and trauma-centered care

  • interpersonal violence

  • vicarious trauma and clinician sustainability

  • resilience in community-based practice

  • anti-racist supervision and practices that support equity, belonging, and inclusion

My approach to consultation is collaborative and grounded, with attention to both the clinical and systemic dimensions of the work.

Background in teaching

I bring over a decade of experience in social work education, including 13 years as faculty at UC Berkeley’s School of Social Welfare. There, I taught graduate-level courses in direct practice in mental health and health settings, as well as trauma-informed care across the lifespan.

I currently serve as a Faculty Field Liaison at San José State University, supporting MSW students in their clinical training and professional development. Through this work, and my own clinical background, I maintain an ongoing connection to a wide range of community-based and healthcare settings across the Bay Area..
